Lovers of walking and nature, discover 10 superb hikes to do in the Côtes d’Armor !
This hike of a little more than 16 km is ideal to discover the diversity of the landscapes of Cap Fréhel. The departure is in Plévenon, 15 km from the Château de Galinée campsite. The route then follows a loop through Cap Fréhel lighthouse and Fort la Latte.
This 13 km loop is set in the Estuary of Arguenon. It starts in Saint-Lormel, near an old tide mill located 6 km from the campsite Saint-Cast. The route goes through the megalithic site of the Guénouhan covered alley, then through the remains of Guildo Castle, a medieval fortress overlooking the Arguenon estuary.
This 10 km circuit crosses varied landscapes, between wooded areas, moors, granite cliffs and sandy beaches. It starts on the parking of the beach of the Valleys in Pléneuf-Val-André, 25 km from your campsite. The itinerary includes the 18-hole Pléneuf golf course. It offers unique views of the sea.
This 6 km (12 km round trip) walk offers you to walk along the Islet estuary of Golden Sands Beach, near the Casino, to the mouth of the river. It allows to discover in turn the biodiversity of the dune environment, salt meadows and old railway works.
Ideal for hikers who want to discover the pink granite coast, this loop of a little over 8 km can be undertaken at 1h30 drive from the campsite. From the Clarté chapel in Perros-Guirec, she crosses the Christian Gad and Daniel Chhe sculpture park, the Saint-Guirec beach, the Ploumanac’h lighthouse and the Pors Rolland cove.
The walk is a little over 3 kilometers, or between 6 and 7 km round trip. It begins at Matignon, at the “House of Léa”, about 3 km from the campsite. It then goes through several points of interest before reaching the tide mill at La Roche Noire and Port Saint-Jean.
This 12 km loop starts at Jean Conan square in the center of Lancieux, 20 minutes from the Château de Galinée campsite. It runs along the coast through the dune of Briantais, then joins the estuary of Frémur before going up the coast opposite Saint-Briac.
This loop of a little less than 8 km, easy to perform as a family, crosses exceptional landscapes. The departure is made on the parking area of the cape Erquy, 20 km from the castle Galinée. The hike begins with the blue lake, a former granite quarry, before reaching the coast.
Ideal to ride on horseback, this loop leaves from Pleslin-Trigavou, 20 km from the campsite Château de Galinée, and goes to Ploubalay. After a small part of coastal route, the return is done by going up the course of Frémur on a marked trail for horse riding.
A hike of 14 km close to the campsite (10 km) to be done at low tide, with a coefficient higher than 50. It is to take the GR 34 of Haas beach at the point of the Chevet, to follow the circuit of the archipelago of Ébihens, to return by the GR34 of the beach of Rougeret to the street of Fresches, to continue until the abbey then to return by the GR34 to the beach of Haas.
